google maps! Is it somebody’s birthday?

While looking up an address today on Google maps I noticed the little street view person had a birthday hat and balloons. Is it somebody’s birthday Mr. Google man?? Does anybody know?

No they put it on the map when there is a street view. The street view is a semi-new feature that allows you to see something like you where standing in the street.
No no, I don’t mean the man for the street view option (I get that ;-)) - but why does he have a birthday hat balloons? Who’s BIRTHDAY is it?!
