IMHO, I see these people being: Patient Persistent Charismatic Efficient Experienced Insightful Visionary These would be traits that I try to embody in my own pursuit of being the best conversation architect ;) I must have stumbled upon a gold mine here, I didn’t even know you had a blog! Looks great and you even link to me. I’ll return the love. Let’s try to address this 7 highly effective characteristics that sounds kind of like the “7 Highly Effective Habits of People.”

IMHO, I see these people being:
Patient
Persistent
Charismatic
Efficient
Experienced
Insightful
Visionary

These would be traits that I try to embody in my own pursuit of being the best conversation architect ;)
